Indian Option

This course is designed specifically to comply with India's DGCA requirements at the lowest cost.

Students will graduate from this course with 100 hours command, 15 hours of multi-engine and instrument flying time.

The Indian Package has four parts;

The course runs for 52 weeks. Students are required to have completed their CPL prior to starting the Command Instrument Rating part of the program.

The course is structured in the same way as the CPL course for the first 42 weeks.  See the CPL course structure on the CPL page.  After the CPL course, students will do IREX theory for 2 weeks and then spend 8 weeks doing single and multi-engine command instrument rating time. Students will not do an IFR test as part of the course as the Indian DGCA does not require the flight test.  The DGCA only requires 100 hours pilot in command, 40 hours instrument time and 50 hours solo cross country time - all of which you will obtain on this course.
